ON THE DAY:
Lead Coordinator on site/Client Liaison (manage vendors, guests, etc. up to 10 hours)
Additional Assistant on site to assist with event
Manage setup and décor including but not limited to, guestbook, signage, centerpieces, card/gift station, bar/appetizer station, etc.
Manage guests & vendors throughout the event
Manage overall execution of timeline (ceremony processional, food service, first dance, cake cutting, etc.)
Assist with family/guest questions & needs throughout event
Manage final payments and/or gratuity to vendors as needed at event
Pack décor, cards, & gifts as needed into vehicle at end of event
