ON THE DAY:
Lead Coordinator on site/Client Liaison (manage vendors, guests, etc. up to 8 hours)
Assist with setup and décor including but not limited to, guestbook, signage, centerpieces, card/gift station, bar/appetizer station, etc.
Manage guests & vendors throughout the event
Manage overall execution of timeline (ceremony processional, food service, first dance, cake cutting, etc.)
Assist with family/guest questions & needs throughout event
Manage final payments and/or gratuity to vendors as needed at event
Coordinate breakdown of event and assist family with packing décor & gifts
