    • Timeline, checklist, budgeting, design, guest management, etc.

  • 30 days of planning assistance

    • Phone consultation 30 days before event

    • Email assistance as needed for questions, comments, & concerns along the way

  • Personalized wedding guidebook and timeline

    • Distribute wedding guidebook to all vendors; ensure details are all correct

    • Incorporate details into wedding guidebook for all relevant vendors

  • Venue assistance

    • Communication management with venue (at 30 days prior)

    • Final walkthrough at venue prior to wedding day (includes one hour)

  • Vendor assistance

    • Access to our Ultimate Vendor Guide

    • Communication management with venue and vendors (at 30 days prior)


 

ON THE DAY:

  • Lead Coordinator on site/Client Liaison (manage vendors, guests, etc. up to 8 hours)

  • Assist with setup and décor including but not limited to, guestbook, signage,  centerpieces, card/gift station, bar/appetizer station, etc.

  • Manage guests & vendors throughout the event

  • Manage overall execution of timeline (ceremony processional, food service, first dance, cake cutting, etc.)

  • Assist with family/guest questions & needs throughout event

  • Manage final payments and/or gratuity to vendors as needed at event

  • Coordinate breakdown of event and assist family with packing décor & gifts
